In the hydraulic control line industry, our product is free of orbital welds due to great completion of our work and the availability of mill produced coils that exceed the standard yield. To achieve this, we make use of advanced Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) and laser beam welding machines. This process produces highly accurate, replicate welds that perform consistently. Our current equipment has made our production capable of producing OD sizes ranges from 1/8” to 1”, and wall thicknesses from 0.028” to 0.095”; with typical alloys being 316L, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, Incoloy 825, and Inconel 625.
The tubing is supplied in the annealed condition without any
orbital joint welds, making up a continuous length. Features
include a theoretical burst pressure based on minimum wall
thickness and minimum tensile strength, theoretical collapse
pressure based on minimum wall thickness and minimum yield
strength, and pressure rating at 100°F (38°C), neutral and static
conditions.
